Family owned – Generator Sales, Service and Rental Company Spearheading sales and account management strategies, resulting in a remarkable 10-20% YoY revenue growth and a 3x increase in overall revenue during my 6-year tenure. Additionally, I improved customer satisfaction by 25% and customer retention by 15%, while expanding market share within the San Diego market.
- Completed a total rebrand of the company and created a new go-to-market strategy, even though they had been in business for over 50 years.
- Implemented lead generation, including a new website, online marketing campaign, social media, online videos, and education blog, increasing leads by over 1000%.
- Created Radio campaigns for increased brand awareness, gained tremendous market share in the state, and implemented an annual customer survey with a feedback loop to ensure that customers gained would be retained.
- Assisted the general manager with creating a group of success teams to drive growth, including a management team, an account management team, and a customer retention team—revised hiring practices to hire great people.

Medical Review Company - Health Care Industry
Privately owned Medical Review Company that was subsequently purchased by a Public company, where I played a pivotal role in the successful sale by driving over 20% YOY revenue growth and enhanced brand recognition.
- Created a new brand for the product and developed a story telling introductory video that explained exactly what the company did.
- Designed a go-to-market strategy to drive sales revenue.
- Redesigned the website to a one-page easy scrolling site with built-in lead generation.
- Specifically creating new marketing to support and accelerate the sales team including multiple sell sheets, booth redesign, and an effective event strategy.
- Made the company a “thought leader on LinkedIn and grew LinkedIn followers from 5 – 3500.
- Selected and supported the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics as the CRM for the sales team.
Telemedicine Company - Health Care Industry
Privately owned Telemedicine company that was one of the first in its vertical. Established brand presence – created awareness through both internet and TV and worked on adoption campaigns direct to consumer.
- Spearheaded strategic planning, tactical execution, and day-to-day management of B2B/B2C marketing, sales, and customer outreach programs, with oversight of all program objectives, KPIs, processes, and partnerships.
- Developed an initial direct-to-consumer solutions offering and related direct sales programs across online and offline channels to test responses and adjust program strategy accordingly.
- Managed all marketing and customer engagement aspects of multiple strategic partnerships, including the Cigna partnership and the company’s first hospital partnership with the Sentara hospital system.
- Designed, implemented, and scaled customer experience infrastructure, including an in-house health service center, multichannel customer engagement software, and customer service training programs.
- Optimized corporate marketing and PR activities by redeveloping the website with SEO and creating new marketing collateral and messaging for online and offline channels, resulting in 500% growth in traffic.
Cellular Service Company - Wireless Industry
Privately owned cellular company where I was a co-developer and was patented on the handset user interface. Product was recognised with the 2006 CTIA Emerging Technology. Award the Driving 200%+ YoY growth across multiple sales channels and strategic partnerships for the pioneering Jitterbug handset at GreatCall, and being recognized with the 2006 CTIA Emerging Technology Award.
